Cancellation of Reservation
You may cancel your reservation with no charge if done more than 5 days before your arrival. Any payments made, including advance deposits, are non-refundable for cancellations made 5 days or less prior to your check-in date.
Refunds & Refundable Security Deposit
Security Deposit:-
- A refundable security deposit is held as protection against damages, misuse of the property, furniture, appliances, or unexpected cleaning costs during the stay.
- The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of the original check-out date
Refund Method:-
- All refunds will be processed only through the original method of payment.
Cancellation Refund:-
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date.
- Refund transactions may take up to 14 working days to complete due to bank processing times.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed by EZ Holiday Rental Home within one week.
No Refund Situations:-
- No refunds will be given for issues such as inoperable appliances, pools, hot tubs, elevators, or similar amenities. EZ Holiday Rental Home will make reasonable efforts to maintain all amenities in working order.
- No refunds will be provided for interruptions caused by power outages, water shortages, flooding, nearby construction, or mandatory evacuations by local authorities due to hurricanes, natural disasters, or other acts of God.
