Check-In & Check-Out Procedures – EZ Holiday Rental Home

Standard Timings:-

  • Check-in time is from 3:00 PM
  • Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:-

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on property availability.
  • Guests must email EZ Holiday Rental Home at least 48 hours in advance to request early check-in or late check-out.

Unauthorized Late Check-Outs:-

  • If housekeepers are unable to enter the property due to unauthorized late check-out or any delay caused by the guest, an automatic full-night charge will apply.

Guest Absence Policy:-

  • If a guest will be absent for more than 7 consecutive days, the guest must notify EZ Holiday Rental Home.
  • This allows the operator to perform routine inspections to prevent issues such as water leaks or other unexpected incidents.

EZ Holiday Rental Home – Guest Policies & Guidelines

1.Property Standards & Inclusions

  • All EZ Holiday Rental Home properties are fully furnished and equipped with standard appliances, linens, bath essentials, kitchen items, and utilities.
  • Guests may access building facilities such as swimming pools and fitness gyms if they are part of the building’s common areas (not private membership-only facilities).
  • Water and electricity are included in the rental rate; however, excessive consumption as defined by ADDC will be charged separately.
  • Each property includes free high-speed internet, basic TV channels, and telephone services.
  • Charges for on-demand TV programs, local/international calls, or other paid services will be deducted from the security deposit.
  • A starter supply of bed linens, towels, toiletries, and tissue is provided upon arrival; replacements are available upon request at an additional charge.

2. Cleaning Fees

  1. The cleaning fee included with your rental covers 3 hours of cleaning after check-out.

  2. Additional cleaning services may be requested, including:

    • Full apartment cleaning

    • Linen and towel replacement

    • Bed sheet setup

    • Replenishment of bathroom amenities

  3. Guests must remove all food items from the refrigerator before check-out.

4. Guest Conduct & Behavior

  1. Guests must avoid unreasonable noise and must report neighbor disputes to EZ Holiday Rental Home immediately.

  2. Guests must not damage the property or the building’s common areas.

  3. Guests are fully responsible for the actions and behavior of their visitors.

  4. Each property has a strict maximum occupancy limit. Exceeding this limit will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of rental and deposit.

  5. Guests will be charged for damages beyond normal wear and tear. A detailed statement of deductions will be provided.

  6. If damages exceed the deposit, the remaining balance must be paid within 5 business days.

  7. Furniture, appliances, utensils, and other items must not be removed from the property.
