1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings must be made through the official EZ Holiday website. Reservations are only confirmed after successful payment, and guests must provide accurate personal details.

  • Bookings made via third-party platforms may not be guaranteed.

  • Incorrect information may lead to cancellation.

2. Payments

Payments can be made using credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or approved online payment methods. Some properties may require full or partial advance payments to confirm the reservation.

  • Failure to pay on time may result in automatic cancellation.

3. Security Deposit

Certain properties require a refundable security deposit, which is returned after check-out if there are no damages or rule violations.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

6. Guest Responsibilities

8. Property Condition & Maintenance

Properties are prepared to be clean, safe, and fully functional before check-in. Maintenance issues reported during the stay will be addressed promptly.

9. Liability

Guests use the property and its facilities at their own risk. EZ Holiday is not responsible for personal belongings, accidents, or injuries during the stay.
